Introduction

Dr. Li received his PhD degree in 2019 for the thesis on the synthesis and properties of low-dimensional materials. Now he is a lecturer at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautic and focuses on the intelligent nano-materials and devices. He has co-authored 14 peer reviewed papers published on Small, Science China Technological Sciences and etc. These papers have received over 350 citations .

Research experience

Scalable chemical vapor deposition of high-quality two-dimensional materials including hexagonal boron nitride, graphene and TMDCs; Design, fabrication and measurement of two-dimensional heterostructures; Home-made high-vacuum systems for multi-field coupling measurement.

Research interest

Intelligent nano-materials and devices, synthesis and applications of low-dimensional crystals and heterostructures.
